Flames Furious than Fire
Flames Furious than Fire
"I
survived because the fire inside me
burned brighter than the fire around me."
Joshua Graham
"Anger
is a wind which blows out the lamp of the mind"
Robert Green Ingersoll
“To be
angry is to revenge the faults of others on ourselves.”
Alexander Pope
Anger and hunger two great faculties, present in the Universe and in all His creations men, animals, birds even vegetations and physical features of the earth, climate and space, even of the universe but it is only men who can control worse of the two the anger.
Lucky blessed are, who have not seen in life the flames furious than fire: I happen to see but not consider unlucky God is gracious: they burned much higher, brighter and reddisher than fire actual, much more destructive than fire which converts into ashes the physical only: anger - the emotional demon- fire does not burn anger, makes it sharper, aggressive, intends to be destructive, with intent of hitting hardest, brings to remember self made negative incidents of past as dictum is nothing is good or bad one’s thinking makes it so, a person trembles, so is his voice, arguments, thinking and analysis, his blood boils literally at higher pressure it sends destructive signals to brain, heart, and kidneys, sometimes leads to heart attack, stroke and kidney failures, may lead to death in sleep, it causes tension and depression the root cause of many brain, heart and sleep disorders, hatred to the other is at extreme higher. Anger leads to sexual disorders, dissatisfaction and shorter duration too creating a feeling of guilt and defeat. Anger makes the face red, voice louder, tone harshest and tenors contemptuous, tongue dry and taste bitter with more spit in illogical utterances, neck muscles over blown, teeth jittering, eyes demon like, nose throws air like dragon, hair up on their ends and hands move swift to supplement tongue. It is horrible, man becomes like animal, making weak heart people to leave the scene as it evaporates respect, regard, love, age, relation, kindness, compassion, patience and what not; it is cloud burst of ego, arrogance and “Only I am right.” attitude .Worst decision are taken when angry, if others proceed, would tipsy-topsy the life at least the later life of angry. One thing is clear everything happens to the one who is at boil. It takes time to settle, sometimes days together, most angry is the most looser and sufferer too - physically, mentally and in social Circles too.
Person at the other end may respond angrily, he suffers consequences aforesaid. Chances also are he may respond different, just like walking away from the scene, proposing meet again, admits his fault, says “Sorry” unconditionally the most beautiful and powerful word in the history of anger absorption, laughs away the anger, proposes friendship, expresses love, respect, regard, kindness, compassion, acknowledges relation or other soft and finer behviour faculties, has also the best option of silence the grave of all anger, not even hearing and ignoring what is being said. Always remember nobody can make you angry without your permission, refuse anger your permission, anger the flame has to douse without sprinkle of water its age is very short. Remember every war, battle, fight, quarrel is settled on the table through discussion, dialogue and decision only; nothing is abrupt, in family fights “blood is thicker than water” prevails many a times. Above all time is a great healer for both: time dilutes the grievances. Let him speak whatever he likes just forgive him for his utterances the wrong ones and the wonderful speech.
“It is
easy to fly into a passion—anybody can do that
—but
to be angry with the right person and to the right degree,
and at the right time, and for the right
purpose,
and in
the right way—that is not easy.”
Aristotle
“Holding onto anger is like grasping a hot coal
with the intent of
throwing it at someone else;
you are the one who gets burned.”
Buddha
