I HAVE NO TIME
“I HAVE NO TIME” The most wonderful phrase, “I HAVE NO TIME’, heard and said, many times a day, by oneself, friends, and relatives so on, just signifying that one has no time to do what is suggested, advised or asked: this is true even of the advice given by a doctor to a patient particularly to do some exercises, yoga or asanas. What a solid argument not to do. Is it really so. No not at all. It is in fact, a lame excuse. When someone says “he has no time”, it is end of the conversation, no interest in subject or the person, simply to carry on one’s own agenda. It is a false phrase. These utterings give one the satisfaction of having disposed of the other so easily, quickly and cleverly without committing anything: but fact is they are false, negative, untrue, full of ego, lack sincerity and reflect on one’s character in adverse light. Such an approach is source of stress and dis-satisfaction. It is your intentions, determination and commitment that matters ...
