  “I HAVE NO TIME”     The most wonderful phrase, “I HAVE NO TIME’, heard and said, many times a day, by oneself, friends, and relatives so on, just signifying that one has no time to do what is suggested, advised or asked: this is true even of the advice given by a doctor to a patient particularly to do some exercises, yoga or asanas. What a solid argument not to do. Is it really so. No not at all. It is in fact, a lame excuse. When someone says “he has no time”, it is end of the conversation, no interest in subject or the person, simply to carry on one’s own agenda. It is a false phrase. These utterings give one the satisfaction of having disposed of the other so easily, quickly and cleverly without committing anything: but fact is they are false, negative, untrue, full of ego, lack sincerity and reflect on one’s character in adverse light. Such an approach is source of stress and dis-satisfaction. It is your intentions, determination and commitment that matters ...

  Old Age Is A Wonder Old age is a wonder, nobody knows when it starts. There are many yardsticks to determine its commencement. One of these is your will to decide, will to take decisions and live life as it comes. So don't bother for anybody, who take care of you or not. Take care of your own self they way you like. Keep your self healthy, take nutritious food, exercise, go for morning walk, have regular health check up, be fighting fit, have a good social circle if possible, otherwise make the Lord your companion listen what he say and talk to him the way you like, if unable to do listen to his praise melodious bhajans, enjoy your evening too may be with a prayer to the Lord or good nice drink if you like otherwise enjoy every bite of you dinner with your companion, if happen to be alone melodious music and News on TV are good companion.
